This data may be collected when you:

Our free SEO tools process the details you enter (such as a business name or page copy) only to produce your results. The exception is the AI visibility checker: if you give your email address to unlock more checks, we keep that address with the search you ran and its result, so we can follow up with you about it.

Enquiries made through our advertising landing pages are used to respond to you and to measure our ads. They are not added to a mailing list.

Google Ads measurement. If you accept cookies, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. When you send an enquiry, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number may be shared with Google so it can match the enquiry to an ad click. We may later tell Google which enquiries became qualified leads or customers, using the ad click reference from the link you arrived on and a hashed copy of your email address, for the same purpose. If you reject cookies, your email and phone are not shared with Google and your enquiry is never uploaded to Google Ads. We do not use remarketing or personalised advertising. 5. Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Cookies & tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads bring enquiries. Neither sets cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject, no cookies are set, and Google receives only cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed or an enquiry was sent, with no identifier for you and without your email or phone. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences at the foot of any page, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
If you reach us from one of our ads, the link carries an ad click reference and campaign details. They are read from the link, not stored, and sent with your enquiry if you make one, so we know which ad it came from. We only pass them to Google if you accepted cookies.
We do not use cookies for remarketing or to personalise the ads you see elsewhere.
