Remote, and we mean it
Work from anywhere in the UK, with optional office space in Mill Hill for anyone who wants a desk. Not a hybrid role in disguise.

Tooling we build ourselves
Custom MCP servers, Python automation, bespoke reporting and AI visibility tracking. The manual grind is automated so the time goes on the work that moves clients.

Direct with the founder
No layers, no account directors in between. You learn how the work is actually done, and what you figure out becomes how we do it.

Measured on outcomes
No timesheets, no presenteeism, no pretending to be busy. A 4pm finish every Friday, all year round.
